The passage of ERISA in 1974 created an environment conducive to our industry as trustees began to realize their fiduciary role and corresponding personal liability. From CSG’s inception, we have been capable of assisting ERISA clients in fulfilling their fiduciary duties. They are a mainstay of our firm.

We can review your actuarial reports and firm demographics for consistency and implication on asset allocation strategy. We understand the importance of achieving your actuarial assumptions and the benefit of surpassing those assumptions. Furthermore, we are knowledgeable of both traditional strategies employed to diversify your interests as well as non-traditional investments.

We will perform educational seminars for the client, we will encourage the client to jointly attend on-site visits with the managers they employ, and we will speak for our clients at industry conferences.
